Un recours en cassation \u00e9tait en instance \u00e0 la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e. Cet homme avait \u00e9t\u00e9 extrad\u00e9 par l\u2019Espagne vers le Maroc en d\u00e9cembre 2010, en violation de mesures provisoires ordonn\u00e9es par le Comit\u00e9 des droits de l\u2019homme [ONU] car il risquait d\u2019\u00eatre tortur\u00e9 et maltrait\u00e9 au Maroc.
